Do you deliver?
Yes, we realise that many of the items that we sell will not fit in your average car boot. So yes by van, 19 ton hiab lorry, tipper, or artic.
What is the cost of delivery?
A) a door to the Dordogne (purchase price 40 / 50 euros)
B) a lorry load of beams to Bellac? (purchase price 8000 /25000 euros)

B) will be free
It really depends on the price of your purchase, but is normally only to cover cost of diesel.
What about delivery to England?
Possible, our artic moves to England every 3 / 4 weeks. If it is a large delivery, you will need access for an artic and facilities to unload. If it is a small order, it may be possible to deliver it to one of our regular drops, to be collected by yourself.
Do you buy in?
Yes, we need to buy in to keep up stock levels. We are always happy to look at house /barn clearances with no obligation.
Do you do demolition and or removal?
Yes, we have over 15 years experience in this area, and are more than happy to visit and discuss your project with no obligation. More details on our demolition services
Do you cover "dépôt-vente" (sell items on commission)?
Not normally but do consider it for good quality larger value items.
Do you do renovations or building work?
Not normally we are not at the end of the products line. However, we will often install our own products, oak beams etc, as we are experienced in this area. In our 15 + years of demolition we have gained a vast understanding of structural faults, so will often do certain repairs or replacements, especially in the area of structural roof faults.
When we buy a beam how do we finish it?
We are happy to offer advice on this issue, as well as offering a finishing service. We have before and after photos.
Do you have building stone?
Yes, we have large stocks in departments 16, 86 and 87
Do you have stone door and window sets?
Yes, in several types of stone, as well as large stocks of stone quoins and lintels.
How do I understand that pallet of stone that is supposed to be a window set?
Normally all our sets of stones are photographed before they are dismantled and we will print off photos to help you construct your purchase.
Do you sell oak floor boards?
Yes, large amounts, but these need a lot of work before you relay them and is not a job for the average D.I.Yer, so most of them are exported to a floor processor.
Do you buy in roof tiles?
The normal roman over + under. No

Do you provide a dip + strip service?
No, but we sell paint stripper and can also provide you with the telephone number of a professional dip + strip man.
Do you fit doors and windows?
No, we are suppliers, not fitters.
Do you fit stone door and window sets?
Normally no, but if your builder is not up to the job and you want that sort of thing, our own stone-mason can do it.
